Track Orders
Looking to track your order? When your order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from support@sunxzz.com with your tracking number included in it.
Click the āTrackā Button (Select Carriers 4PX or YunExpress)
Things to Keep in Mind:
1. Order Numbers donāt instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed ā Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should be updated within a few business days.
2. Depending on the destination, the order may takeĀ 5 to 10 business days to be delivered. Please make sure to double-check the description to see the delivery time frame for your specific country.
